Your support rebuilds Hamilton County — one family at a time.

Every dollar and every donated item helps a neighbor get back home. The Hamilton County Long Term Recovery Group directs resources exactly where they’re needed most: to families still working through unmet needs after insurance, FEMA, and other aid have been exhausted.

Monetary donations are the most flexible way to help — they let us respond to whatever a family’s specific unmet need is, rather than what happens to be donated.

Funds are held and disbursed by our fiscal sponsor, Hamilton County Community Foundation under a formal fiscal sponsorship agreement, with financial oversight from our Finance Committee.

Before donating items, please check our current needs list — unsolicited donations that aren’t currently needed can actually slow down recovery work and strain storage space.

Please check with the following organization for immediate needs:

Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank

Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County

Businesses, faith communities, and civic groups can also help by donating materials, professional services (legal, accounting, grant writing, construction), meeting space, or volunteer labor.

We’re accountable to the donors and community we serve. Our Finance Committee oversees budgeting and reporting, and our fiscal sponsor maintains separate accounting subject to internal and external review.
